See our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=biMDVJQLqRA&amp;feature=youtu.be\">manifesto video <\/a>for more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Production Administrator will take responsibility for receiving all production deliveries, control of the<br \/>\nphysical stock in the storeroom and update and supply of various production related documents. This position<br \/>\nis based at our Production Site in Olive Grove Somerset West, reporting to the Production Manager.<br \/>\nResponsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Goods Receiving &amp; Storage<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Receive all incoming stock on the same day of delivery.<br \/>\n\u2022 Verify stock is correct and capture invoice details into stock management system.<br \/>\n\u2022 Where required, liaise with technical personnel, to properly inspect, measure or test incoming<br \/>\nstock items.<br \/>\n\u2022 Move received goods to designated warehouse bins and re-package items as necessary.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure all goods are stored correctly and bins are properly labelled.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with suppliers with regards to queries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Production Support<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Print picking lists and initiate production runs (&#8220;Design &amp; Costing&#8221;) on stock management system.<br \/>\nas required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pick stock according to picking lists and issue items on stock management system.<br \/>\n\u2022 Update progress of production runs on stock management system.<br \/>\n\u2022 Print and apply serial numbers for serialized items.<br \/>\n\u2022 Print and supply all required quality control documentation including factory acceptance<br \/>\ndocumentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Shipping &amp; Dispatch<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and complete waybills and picking lists for shipments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pick items for dispatch and ensure accuracy against orders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Record and update serial numbers of shipped items.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Inventory Management<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct regular physical stock counts and capture in stock management system.<br \/>\n\u2022 Deprecate unused SKUs on stock management system to maintain accurate inventory records.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure neat filing of all invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Storeroom Management<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Manage access control to storeroom.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure tidiness and organization of the store, with proper bin labelling and stock placement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Administration &amp; Reporting<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Send Order Sheets to the Front Desk Administrator for production supplies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain accurate documentation and support audits as required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Health &amp; Safety<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Report faulty or unsafe equipment immediately.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain stock of the first aid kit and request replenishment when needed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Production Assembly<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with assembly work on the production floor<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with additional tasks on the production floor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 National Senior Certificate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 At least 2-3 years\u2019 experience working in a production environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Competencies:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Attention to detail.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conscious of surroundings<br \/>\n\u2022 Willing to learn.<br \/>\n\u2022 Adaptable<\/p>\n<p>If you meet the requirements, please complete the Google application form before 20 July 2026.
